1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website and services of Corestack Technologies, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use our services.
2. Services Provided
Corestack Technologies provides software development, artificial intelligence solutions, SaaS platform development, mobile application development, business automation, system integration, cloud solutions, and technology consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing of services are defined in individual project agreements or contracts.
3. Project Agreements
All development, consulting, and service engagements are governed by a separate project agreement or contract. These agreements define the scope of work, deliverables, payment terms, timelines, ownership rights, and confidentiality obligations. In the event of a conflict between these Terms of Service and a signed project agreement, the project agreement shall take precedence.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients engaging Corestack Technologies are responsible for: • Providing accurate and complete project requirements and business information. • Supplying necessary access, credentials, and resources as reasonably required. • Reviewing and approving deliverables within agreed timelines. • Ensuring that content, data, and materials provided do not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
5. Payments and Billing
Payment terms, billing schedules, and pricing are defined in individual project agreements. Corestack Technologies reserves the right to pause or suspend work on a project in the event of non-payment. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
6. Intellectual Property and Source Code Ownership
Intellectual property rights, including source code ownership, are defined in the signed project agreement. By default, Corestack Technologies retains ownership of all developed software, code, tools, frameworks, and methodologies unless a specific transfer of ownership is agreed upon in writing. Any pre-existing intellectual property of either party remains the property of that party.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. Corestack Technologies will not disclose client business information, project details, or confidential data to third parties without explicit client consent.
8. Service Availability
For hosted services and SaaS platforms developed by Corestack Technologies, service availability and uptime commitments are defined in individual service level agreements (SLAs). Corestack Technologies does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of services unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Corestack Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate a project engagement in accordance with the termination provisions defined in the signed project agreement. Upon termination, each party's obligations regarding payment, confidentiality, and intellectual property shall survive.
